Xbox Live Suspension for what?

Hi, my gamertag Vast Hostility was apparently suspended again. The first time I was suspended I called and asked why because I honestly have no clue why I was suspended to begin with. The people I called said they cannot help. I waited it out and was like
whatever they don't want to help me what am I supposed to do besides wait. I started playing again after a long break off and literally got suspended a couple of days later I was like are you serious!!!! I called once again to be kindly redirected to the forums.
So my question to you is why was I banned I want a specific reason, and what I did, not just that I cheated because I am not convinced I have done anything. I am totally bummed out, annoyed, and irritated because of this. It has happened twice and I have no
clue why! I honestly am not in the mood to go through this again and get banned for some dumb reason again because I feel as if I am being targeted I want to know ASAP I am done with this ludicrous and am obviously not happy right now!!!!!!!!

I find it always best to just not say anything if there is a chance someone might misconstrue what I'm saying. You never quite know how someone might react. For a little info about suspensions I've included a link Here:

If you have lost your account Or Xbox live access, You're able to follow the link below to contact Xbox to find out to see what a Deactivation was for. also able to find out what led to you getting the suspension was cased by Caused
