Xbox live suspended

my account was suspended until 12/31/9999 due to me calling about an in game purchase my son had tried to make. He had tried to make a purchase and it didn't show in game but the acct was charged. I called support and they refunded the purchase stating they
were aware of issues with the game. Once he had the refund he attempted the purchase again and called to inform me that the same thing had happened. I once again called support who informed me that they could only issue one refund to any account and that I
wouldn't receive another. Thinking that the support rep I was talking to simply wasn't authorized to do so or maybe he was entry level I called again. My son was calling and texting me non stop so I really didn't want to lose the money spent. I inquired what
I could do to the support rep who once again said I would not get another refund. I wasn't asking for another refund at this point... I merely wanted to know if there was anyway to make the purchase go through as it should have. A few days later I received
an enforcement email from Microsoft Xbox live enforcement team. I had been suspended for marketplace theft so I put in for a review. The decision was upheld not even 12 hours later. I have dumped a lot of time and money into the account. Well over $7,000.
I have pre ordered games and movies that I never received but already paid for that I never received. My family is a Microsoft family. My wife is a sales executive for Microsoft. I haven't asked her for assistance with this because I'm sure it can be resolved
without her. The more I look into issues such as mine it appears hopeless without. Any insite or direction would be appreciated.

How can I keep Halo 3 from the MCC collection suspended?

Last night I was done playing so put it in suspend mode so I can pick up playing today. When I went to go play it I resumed but it said disconnected from Xbox Live and the game had to restart. What gives? If I log out of Xbox live before I start the game, will I be able to return to suspended mode? Not sure why the game cares if I'm logged into Xbox live or not.

 

Suspension needs to be lifted

My xbox live account wa suspended after returning back to love it's happend in the past.. And I need help xbox live won't tell me why I was suspended...

Filing for a case review is the only way to contact them.If you have already done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.
