Xbox live suspended till 12/31/9999!? Please Help!!

My account "Neon Kiwi 111" has gotten suspended. the only thing i could think it could've been was that just a day or two ago, i started downloading minecraft maps from horizon to my xbox using my usb drive. i see youtubers do
it and i haven't seen them get suspended. or it couldve been that i forgot to sign out when i moved my account to my usb drive. Please help me fix this as soon as possible and tell me why this has happened. Thank you for your help! i hope i dont have to
wait 7000 years to play xbox

If an account has been suspended till 31/12/9999 (marketplace theft - whatever that means) is it just that GT account or is it the actual consol... can I create a new account and pay a new subscription? or will this get automatically suspended?
