    Xbox Live Suspended Me for No Reason


    So I plugged in my Xbox 360 after getting bored of playing my PS4 to revisit MW2 and older Call of Duty's and I recently received a ban for cheating? I do not care that much as I can just play my PS4 but I received a suspension for maybe playing with cheaters
    which I find stupid because the amount of lobbies with hackers is basically commonplace in every lobby I find on such an old game. Can I do anything because I just wasted my money but I don't really mind. I just wanted to rant about Xbox Live's terrible customer
    service.

    I have several years with my own but I'm just going to play a year with the live and yesterday for no reason I was suspended, check my email and saw that it was suspended temporarily gives me reason why I temporarily suspended, and review and only I indicates
    the date that I was suspended and the date on which it will restore me but gives me no reason why this suspension. I would like to know why and I did for that suspended me? and if I can remove the suspension at this time?

    How can they not the discuss the reasoning when it’s my console (Series X) they’re making me throw in the trash for a new one along with my account that has over 119k gamerscore, with a 15 year tenure? This is the same company that claims to be ‘pro consumer’ and puts the gamer at the center of everything.

    “ Customer support can’t assist with suspensions or enforcement actions. They don’t have access to enforcement details. Keep reading for info on how to inquire about your current suspension.”
