Xbox Live Suspended due to past due payment---Doesnt make Sense

Hey guys,

I logged in tonight to see my Xbox live was suspended due to 9.99 being past due, BUT, I used a prepaid card bought from Microsoft and it has been working just fine until tonioght. The expiration date is 7/5/2017...it literally says it RIGHT ABOVE where
it says I owe 9.99. How do I owe 9.99 overnight when I am using a prepaid card?

So my account was suspended due to past due payment because it was charging money from a debit card that had no money in it and I'm trying to pay for it with a different debit card but it keeps saying that I cannot pay with that debit visa card for some
reason :/ please help

 

Past Due Payments

I have a past due payment for my xbox live subscribtion I am trying to pay but it doesnt give the option to use my microsoft account balance. How do I go about fixing this?

 

And yes, the prepaid card is 12M. (IT EVEN SAYS THAT TOO) and it was redemmed not even three months ago, probably less.

 

Do me a favor and take a look at the following for you:
account.microsoft.com/services. This should give you everything you need to know about your subscription and how it is presently being paid for. If you applied a 12 Month card and it didn't take then you would need to have an official Microsoft rep take
a look at it for you. Hope this helps.

 

You should also be able to look at the Billing History on the left of the XBox Live section and see the specifics.
