Xbox live suspended by credit card

My problem is not solved because I have no way to pay by credit card

the only way to do it is as the website states.

your subscription. As previously stated by the Ambassadors, adding a prepaid code will not settle the balance you owe and you would require a credit card to settle any balance due.

Same problem with me but i canceled my auto renewal last year and xbox live turned it back on to charge me without permission. Now my account is suspended and i can't remove my credit card... good thing my credit card expired before they charged me 60$ that
i cant afford at the moment.
