xbox live suspended? ambassadors please read!

hello, my XBL gamertag is Tsb Eman and i was gone on a oil rig for work and came back and my account says i am suspended until 12/31/9999 i dont understand what could have happened? my little brother always plays on my account, but what could he have done
so bad that my account gets suspended for that long? please respond and tell me what i can do to get this fixed. i really dont like ps3 servers but if thats what i have to do then....i just worked hard on that account and now it was all for nothing i wason
location for 3 months so i have no idea when it happened please explain.

Checking your account, it appears that somebody modded your avatar. It has green skin, which as far as I know, is only able to be done with outside means. Sadly this is a ban-able offence.

 

is there anything i can do to maybe fix it? and possibly put a passcode on my account to where people cant use it if im not home? it wast my fault can someone please help ive spent a lot of time to get to wear i am on that account i can promise you that
it wont happen again.

 

Its to late you wont get it unbanned you are responsible for the actions of anyone that you let use your account even if you didnt let him it would still be on you for not setting a pass code etc

 

i didnt even know that he could do this stuff? im really going to have to write a letter to the main microsoft branch? or email the C.E.O.? this should be a quick fix it wasnt even me

 

Wont matter best advice make a new account and set a pass code dont let anyone know the email or pass

 

When you agree to the Code of Conduct, you agree to follow it. It clearly states that you are responsible for your account at all times. Actually, you are also at fault for allowing somebody else to use the account as the COC states, "Do not lend, transfer,
sell, or otherwise provide access to your account." This being the case, it does not matter that it was not you that made the modifications. It was your responsibility to not allow access to your account by anybody other then you. Its a very hard lesson to
learn, but things like this are exactly the reason for that rule. Sadly, all content, DLC's, gold time, are forfeit when you receive a ban. I am sorry this happened, but there is nothing you can do now except start a new account.
