Xbox live suscribtion doesn't work

Hello,

My suscribtion has been suspended until its paymen. I renewed a 3 month membership today but it still doesn't work. It says the same message that i have to pay the membership.

Could you please help me with this ?

Can't connect cause xbox Don't recognize that i already paid for xbox gold

I paid a suscribtion for 3 months and i can't connect. I saw the suscribtion in the settings.

Hi Brad,there is no error message. I am using a wired connection. Cabled has a wifi repeater. Just the bouton connect doesn t work.

in Microsoft store I cannot log in. when i click on connect, it opens a page with tag: Let us help you connect

and at the bottom: continue. when i press continue nothing happens.OK now I have this:0x803f8001 when I start Sea of Thieve

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
