    title get your attention?....hope so.

    ever since I bought your "wonderful" new console the Xbox One, I've been on the phone with XBL support every few days or so....I don't know what the problem with your newest cash cow is but I'm ticked off now...because it ate, that's right ATE my gold membership
    .....I logged on tonight to play with my friends, and could not, now before anyone gets their panties twisted up I AM NOT SUSPENDED AND MY ACCOUNT IS IN GOOD STANDING....I've been a loyal paying customer since 2008, and now my account won't let me be Gold...even
    after I delete my debit card (with a 18004MYXBOX person on the phone supervising) and add a prepaid code for Gold membership ...I get a weird error code telling me no matter what I do I can't make my account of 6 years gold...right there while on the phone
    the person saw the message too and apparently it's a new but "known" issue...so my problem had to be escalated to "tier 3" whatever that means ...and am told that it will more than likely be a week or more before they even respond....OUTSTANDING!!...yes! ..a
    week or more of not being able to use my Xbox One HOORAY!...but the last tech support person did remind me that I can still play DVD's and BlueRays.....well, that makes everything better doesn't it.....yeah, I'm ticked off....that your machine ate my account..and
    that I've been paying for 6 years with my debit/bank card....VERY VERY confidence inspiring guys....by the way, no code works, no alternate credit card works....none of the fixes your "specialists" walked me through worked.....they're at a loss and I'm at
    a loss...they say it's a known issue, yet they don't "know" whats causing it or "know" how to fix it....so what is passing it up to "tier 3" going to accomplish if nobody knows how to fix it? ....now, I did create an alternate account and Gold works fine....too
    bad the $50 'premium' membership for BF4 is useless to me now.....I did nothing wrong, and intentional or not, your company did a number on me and I'm not happy and I expect some sort of compensation

    Xbox support sucks,

    Have you called to see the status. I remember when i had to have mine fixed and it took about that long. You need to remember there a millions of consumers that have xboxs and that would probably put it in the tens of thousands of units needing repaired
    so give it a little time and have some patience.

    I'm going to be "that guy"... you people are going to survive if you have to go 6 hours without your Xbox One. Go for a walk. Hit the gym. Discover the outdoors. Make a snowman. Yes, my Xbox One is down, so I am enjoying the competition's console before
    that gets DDoS'ed also... and yeah, I said it. I am sure Microsoft is working on fixing the problem as quick as they can too. They want customers to remain happy so they don't lose money.
