Xbox live support sucks. Ticket open for 4 months now and not resolved yet.

I opened a support case with Xbox support in April. The issue was that I can not purchase any content using my points. I loaded 4200 points + the balance that was still on my profile. I get an error that I cannot use the points and must use a credit card
to purchase. I have send numerous emails and only get a generic reply from them every 2 weeks telling me that they are working on a solution. I am so sick of there stupid excuses. They accepted my money when I bought the points. Now I cannot use the points.
TO me that is like stealing.

are you trying to use them on the website or the console if you are using the website you cannot use points or currency but you should be able to use them on the console.

 

The error is on the console. I am aware that I cannot use points on the web.

 

there shoudnt be Points at all anymore, you should see your regions currency instead.

this might be the reason why they are taking so Long for a fix.

 

Points should automatically be converted to currency when it is loaded.
