Xbox Live Support Request - Ignored!

Hello,

I submitted a request for support regarding a refund request - Service Request Number [Mod Removed- Personal Information] - over a month ago stating that
I would receive a response within 72 hours and even after I followed up a week later via email, I have yet to receive a response.

Would like to hear back from someone ASAP.

Try to be persistent, but professional and explain your concern. This is unfortunate youre having this experience, Support has ALWAYS been there to help. Except when I wanted to log back into an old Zune account....

Hi Samantha,

Did you check your junk email folder? Right now if you request a refund the system would automatically reject it because it is past the 14 day period. I recommend requesting a call back from Xbox Support to see if they can help
