    Servers for all original Xbox games were shut down several years ago. There's no new on if/when they will bring it back.

    Smwutches is correct: Xbox Live for all original Xbox titles was turned off in April, 2010. Since Conker Live & Reloaded is an original Xbox title, it is no longer possible to use Xbox Live for it.
