Xbox live/support issues

Not able to sign in to xbox live, download updates, and most all functions of my xbox are unavailable.

When I try to access online support, there is an error message. Any one else having this problem?

I took today off from a stressful job to play games and relax, feeling unhappy that this is a problem today.

Hello All,

Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert. Looks like the service alert has been resolved.
Please power cycle your console and
see if it is back to normal when it comes up.

There was a service alert earlier but its resolved now, You may want to try clearing the MAC address on the console to see if that helps

Xbox Insider program? This issue may have been caused by a
service alert that was active earlier today. The service alert has been lifted. We recommend

power cycling the console by holding down the power button for ten seconds. Be sure to let us know the results!

ok what are you getting as an errror ?

you need gold?

or invalid code?

remeber 48hour trials dont give you full matchmaking options on most games only your basic options and no partychat or app support
