    xbox live support has wasted over three hours of my time I have been hung up on twice and still have not received any help one of your tech supports didn't even put my info or request in THE computer before hanging up. I have photo proof of my Xbox offering
    me Xbox life for 3999 and when I put my card info in to purchase it then tried to charge my card 5999 this is the worst support I've ever received and at this point am demanding Xbox live free of charge your service is a disgrace and if anyone's from the Microsoft
    corp wants to keep me as a customer I better receive propor help

    I understand where it is your at, I've gotten that guy who just hangs up even though i was given a specific number to call and told to do so after 24 hrs. I almost put my fist through a table.. o_O old account i have has hundreds of dollars into it
    and double verification really did me over! After looking at your photos it doesn't look like you really have an issue though
