Xbox Live Summer Quests & Game Pass - all the sudden the site says I'm no longer eligible

I get the "no longer eligible message" when I visit Get Xbox Live Gold for Just $1 yet I have both Xbox Live Gold & Game Pass at the moment. The last time I was able to view the quests was yesterday.

The other issue was that when I was able to view the tracker yesterday for the previous Quest that ended on July 2nd, I noticed that the "Add 5 New Friends" mission all the sudden no longer show Completed like the "Log In Daily" mission but it had changed
to "Almost There" with about 80% of the tracker filled even though I had added over 5 before the deadline.

Ineligible for Game Pass Quest for September

Hello,

I recently redeemed a one month code for Xbox Game Pass to participate in this month's Game Pass Quest, and when I go to check my quest status on the site it says "Sorry about that… It looks like you are not eligible for this quest."

As far as I can tell, I should be eligible.

Please review this so that I may enter in a timely manner.

Game Pass Summer Quest. 18 yrs old or 13 yrs old???

On game pass summer quest it say must be 18 years or older but on the check your quest progress page it say 13 year or older. I'm 13 and it wont let me do the summer quest. So this might be or mistake but I really want to do the game pass summer quest.
