1. Variable volumes for people in your party. Everyone would start in the middle and you could turn them up if they talk quietly or down if they are too loud, talk too much or have a lot of background noise.

2. If you made yourself appear offline its easy to forget to change it back so a reminder when you turn your Xbox on or sign back in that your still appearing offline would be helpful.

Yes, I understand the whole *in-game* counter. But, I don't want to have to purchase a game to find out that there aren't really very many people playing it. That's my whole concern.

Most "big-budget" games like Halo and COD have an in-game population counter in the multiplayer section but this is only a small fraction of all online enabled games. If it were up to me I would make all games in the future require a pop. counter in order
for us the consumers to see how well a game is holding up.

I'm pretty sure there is a way to check the current average population of online players for a certain game. Best idea would be to Google it though.
