xbox live SUCKS

Xbox live keeps signing me out! Ever since I've had an xbox one s it keeps signing me out and making me quit games. I also have good internet 100 mbps google fiber, it's becoming a real pain in the butt.

BTW I'm not even playing online!

I'm probably upgrading to an xb 1x soon maybe they just downgraded some usages on the one s?

 

There's no update notes reducing features for the console. It could just be the individual connection of the console. Did you try the steps in the guide we sent? Did those help you at all with this issue?

 

I've literally tried them all dozens of times but I am getting an xb one x!!! Hopefully because it is more powerful it can deal with are wifi-our WiFi isn't bad it runs at a steady 80-100 mbps I better get what I pay for not like my weak one s!

 

BTW just saw that you are a official staff is it your job to answer forums questions? I'm just curious
