    Hi,

    I purchased xbox live then upgraded to ultimate. However, I have been billed but it doesn't register on my xbox. In other words, I cannot access x box live even though it is paid for. This also happened when i redeemed a code for minecraft coins. Both are
    in my purchased history but i cannot access either one.
