XBOX - LIVE Subscriptions, Garbage COD Servers, Kids playing 18+ games

Hi all.

Bit of a rant, but I'm annoyed that I have to pay for a XBOX live account when clearly microsoft (and the game developers) don't give too hoots about their Customers.

All this week, COD Servers have been unable to maintain a connection causing absolute chaos with the most recent update of warzone.

That was impressive as they nuked their servers harder than Verdansk.

Why do XBOX not have their own servers and help stop hackers on lobbies, easy fix.....

This weekend has also been a disaster for actually staying in a game for more than half hour. (Outbreak) with lost connections. WHY ?

I've yet to get by level 4 without a server disconnecting, it's absolute garbage and they know it.

Broken is right, " game I want a refund", the Guys spot on correct.

Furthermore, it's readily apparent that lobbies are full of kids who rage quit at round 2... leaving the remaining lobby a 'child-down'

The game doesn't add a player after round 1.

I ain't asking for much Folks, all I want is a stable connection and lobbies grouped by player ability.

How about a system to stop rage quitters from jumping from game to game.

Give the little B's a time-out. (remember they did that for shooting friendlies - why not incorporate that again for RQ)

ALL the games are 18's so why is there no verification process, if it's in the T&C it's a legal contract.

Even this forum shows how much they give a S. You can't even make a formal complaint about the products they sell or service.

It's Activision & the devs you want to be moaning at as they run the severs.It's not a Microsoft game so they can't run the servers.

The age rating on a game is for the single player content only & only means that someone under 18 can not buy the game,doesn't mean they can't play that game,that's entirely down to the parents.

Online is not rated,every game with a online mode tells you this,but xbox live itself is rated E for everyone.

Actually it's mostly kids that play Cod. It always has been and everyone knows it. Have fun online at xmas when the 6 year olds unwrap their cod present and lag up the server.

Stop Playing CoD games. Problem solved. Activision has some real problems with fixing their games and preventing cheating.

Otherwise, all you can do is report and ignore the offenders and go on. Console Gamers have been dealing with trash talking kids since 2002. I woud LOVE an 18 or older game servers, the problem with that, is there is no real age verification for consoles
and computers, every kid you see playing thse games already have an account that says they are at least 18.

I watched some videos of it and from what I've heard, you will NOT require a subscription/pay. That's why COD and Halo and most games don't charge for multiplayer service on Xbox. Because your Xbox Live Gold membership covers multiplayer on Xbox. But it
will require you to be connected to Xbox Live and the game servers in order to play, you can't even play single player without an Xbox Live and game developers servers connection.

kill streaks and style of play is totally different to cod4 and waw.its aimed at kids now..thats where the cash is..even though its an 18 cert..adult gamers wont like kids games and thats what cod is now..thats what infinity ward cods are now
