    Xbox live subscriptions expired. What can I do?


    I had an active subcription and didn't want to redeem my new 3 month of gold, because it was a suprise when I tried to activate it an hour ago it said "this has expired and cannot be redeemed". I've been looking to solve the problem but no one had the same
    problems, someone can used a 2 year old code without any of this problem. I'm out of ideas. Someone please help me

    My xbox live...

    My Xbox Live subscription expired yesterday November 24 and I forgot it expired when I press sign in then it says my subscription expired it said renew or revert free or something so I press b which is back I believe now I can see my friends but my subscription
    expired yesterday how I'm I still getting on?

    Do i need xbox live

    You can't even use the BBC iplayer for free without an xbox live subscription.

    This is one of many Microsofts negatives that I don't like.

    They automatically believe your going to get xbox live for online gaming so everything else is a bonus.

    If your not interested in getting xbox live then your limited to what you can do really.

    Hi there!

    Unfortunately, there's no option to convert your Game Pass Ultimate subscription to regular Xbox Live. Your Game Pass Ultimate is the regular subscription included in your Xbox All Access. So there's no way we can exchange that to regular Xbox Live Gold.

    What we can do instead is that when your subscription expires, you don't have to renew it and instead get Xbox Live Gold.

    I apologize for being unclear, Xbox Live Gold is different from game pass. Can you please let me know what subscription do you have and when it will expire or auto renew?

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions..

    I can't play Online on new Xbox One with the same account.

    Actually that makes sense. I do actually have a unused but expired 12 Month Xbox Live Gold Subscription card lying around that I just found while doing cleaning. (Expired on Saturday, August 08, 2015 according to the email)

    Can such a thing be redeemed?
