    Xbox live subscription


    I have a xbox one and my gold subscription on xbox live dont expire until 2017. I paid with a different visa card that is no longer in use and I have another one. Its showing on screen that my card, the old one, needs attention. Plus its saying gold 12 month
    expired on 6/27/2017. It told me to come to this site to get my xbox live subscription up again. I'm not going to pay for another subscription when my old one is not expired. How can I resolve this issue?????

    Hopefully Getting My First XBox One Today!!!

    Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

    On how you describe it, your yearly subscription renewed for another year but your card that you don't use anymore was not able to settle anything. That's why you get a notification that your card needs attention because it was not able to settle the renewal
    fee. So on the first place, you didn't pay anything.
