    Recently, I bought the one month one pound Xbox live gold deal. After that I went onto my Microsoft account and cancelled the renewing of Xbox live gold. It has now been a month and says on my Microsoft account that it has renewed itself. It didn't
    seem to have renewed when I went on my Xbox today so I checked my bank account online and it seems as though I haven't been charged? When I tried to renew for another month (I was cancelling auto renew because I was going to get a year but decided to get month
    instead) a message appeared saying that I couldn't use my bank account as a payment option? Overall, it says I have gold everywhere I look apart from I can't go online on Xbox one and it hasn't charged me the payment due. Any help will be greatly appreciated
    and I hope I'm not missing out on something simple!

    Hopefully Getting My First XBox One Today!!!

    Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

    Try hard resetting your Xbox

    If you are going to get a years subscription you should have a look at CD Keys they usually offer good deals
