XBOX LIVE SUBSCRIPTION

EVERY time I switch on my account logs me in straight away, no connection issues, open NAT type, scroll through marketplace fine, make purchases, everything works fine until i load a game and go to play online. It always says I don't have the right subscription
and I've seen these threads a lot but not seen any real fix as yet that actually works

I've deleted my account and downloaded again a few times, cleared the cache, done hard resets but it still isn't recognizing my gold subscription when I click Multiplayer and always says the same. there are work arounds like with Destiny 2 my fireteam is
always set to closed as it doesn't recognize my subscription so i click on public which then loads the subscription screen and goes through the process (but never charges me) then everything works ok.

It doesn't matter what game none of them recognize the subscription until i do some kind of work around.....there must be a fix for this somewhere !!

Anyone got any suggestions as it's getting annoying now as i can't find a work around for COD.
