I bought a new 3 month subscription two days ago now it tells me I need to upgrade I don't understand whats up

Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

No no ban and I have a great rating I did check that to see if maybe someone got mad or kids messing around and I tried inputing the code again but it showed that it was used of course I did that but it was one day previous to my gold expires
