Xbox live subscription

I redeemed the 14 days live subscription that comes with any new console and a 12 month live subscription I got in the xbox one x bundle I bought from very. I played online for 14 days ( fifa ultimate team, pubg, bought fifa points from ultimate team, forza
motorsport 7, fortnite, etc). After these 14 days I was prompted to buy more live subscription cause I had none left. I saw the status of my live subscription just after redeeming the two, saying that I had more than 1 year.

The codes came on cards and I threw them away the next day so I don’t have them anymore. So, my 12 months subscription dissapeared. The curious thing is that I went into my purchase history and both 14 days and 12 months are missing even though I used
the 14 days. Now xbox support is trying to find excuses and can’t give me an explanation. I showed them the proof of purchase. They don’t want to solve this. I’ve seen other people having similar problems on forums. What can I do?

Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

 

You can keep trying to work with support, but without the code there really isn't much else that can be done. It sounds as if the code didn't redeem properly. Trials (the 14 day code) do not stack so the 12 month code should have overwritten that code
if you redeemed them at the same time.
