XBox Live Subscription

I bought my son Xbox One for his birthday in June. It gave him one months free access to Live. I had to provide my Credit Card Details for him to get access. Since then I have been trying to cancel the Subscription. (He has been away on holidays with no
access to WiFi). I thought I had removed my card details but Microsoft still charged. I'm not sure if this is legal. Please remove the subscription and refund the payment.

If Microsoft advertise a cancellation process that does not function provide one that does.

If payment is not credited to my card with 3 days I will report it to my Bank.

Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

The best thing for you to do is to talk to the billing team via phone support. You can request a call on the below link

Explain your issue to them and they should be able to resolve this problem for you. I cannot promise that you will receive a refund but if anyone can grant that to you, it would be them. You can turn off auto renewal to avoid any further purchases. To find
