Xbox Live Subscription working on my other inactive account, official support not doing ...

Hi,

Something like 1 year ago, I changed the Microsoft Account linked to my gamertag to another Microsoft Account for convenience reasons with the option that was available on Xbox 360. (this option is not available anymore on Xbox 360 and was never available
on Xbox One)

2-3 months ago, my Xbox One started saying that my account, which has an Xbox Live Gold membership since nearly 5 years and still has one, is not subscribed to Xbox Live Gold. And when I want to play online it says that I have to get some Live Gold or if
I want to get the Games With Gold games it shows them as if I don't have Live Gold, and this even happens on the xbox.com website. However the subscriptions menu shows that I still have Gold membership activated on my account.

So I went to Xbox support and the guys started to see what's going on. I said "guys" because I contacted the Xbox support chat MORE THAN TWELVE TIMES and not a single one of these guys figured out what's happening because my problem doesn't seems to even
be on their database.

Most of them said that I had to reset my Xbox One (even if the problem is on xbox.com too so it's clearly account related), and then tried to remove my Live Gold and send me a new code. And that did not work. But in one of these chats I figured out where
the problems seems to come from : I created another Xbox account on the old Microsoft Account that was previously my principal gamertag's one inadvertently. And when I connected to this gamertag, it had the Xbox Live Gold membership. All was working. The only
problem is that I don't use this account and I don't want to. But the support guy I was talking to just said "set this account as the main account of this Xbox and you will be able to play, you just have to get the Games With Gold with this other account".

So a few days later I contacted the support another time with clearer explaination of what's happening and the guy said that he was going to report the problem to a technician. A few weeks later, nothing. So I contacted them another time, and same thing,
and no news. And I contacted them the last time at the end of November and the guy thought that I wanted free Gold membership, and I had to explain the problem even more clearly for him to understand that I wanted him to really report my problem. He still
sent me another code, removed my membership and I activated the code once more. The code activated on my two accounts but only works on this account I don't want. And today my account still has this problem.

Another detail, I'm french and I contacted the French support. I don't think that's a problem if I ask this here, but if it's really a problem I can translate this message and send it to french forums.

So I just wanted to know if anyone knows a better way to fix a very strange problem like this, and if I could even dream of getting my account fully working ever again properly.

XBOX One Account Issues Gold still not working

I have talk with XBOX Support on Twitter and the Phone Support,

Phone Support say to me its a Region Change and my Gold Membership comes back from inactive to active after MS transfer all my Data. Now 6 weeks later, nothing happens. I have still the same Problem.

My Gold Membership is still inactive, (In Moment i use a 3 Month Code-this works), but on Account Details i can see my Gold ends with last day of the 3 Month Code. Thats not Correct.

And a other Problem is XBOX Live Rewards cannot send me my Rewards Coins (Points, Money or else).

Please Microsoft fix my Account.

I want a fully working Account.

How to Turn off auto renewal or cancel Xbox LIVE membership

How to turn off auto renewal

It is recommended that you cancel your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership using the option of turning off automatic renewal. If auto renewal is "off", your membership will expire at the end of its current term.

Steps to follow:

1) If you are not already signed in, click Sign In at the upper right hand corner and sign in using your Microsoft account.

2) Proceed to My Account.

3) Click Change next to automatic renewal. Change the setting to OFF

You will be able to continue enjoying all the benefits of Xbox LIVE Gold Membership until your paid membership time expires.

Note:

If you want to cancel or disable your Xbox LIVE Gold Membership immediately, you should contact Xbox support. Use the Request a Call from Support option on the official Xbox Contact Us page. Your account cannot be canceled through chat or email.

If you disable your account immediately, you will lose the time remaining on your membership subscription.

If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and you want to cancel before the end of the 2 years, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee and other applicable taxes. Once the two-year agreement period is over, your account will not be renewed automatically.

You can cancel the 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract using the option of self-cancel your subscription on Xbox.com
