Xbox Live Subscription termed a day early

It’s charged to a valid credit card every month. You’ll need to have a valid credit card on file for the duration of the contract to avoid an early termination fee (support.xbox.com/.../early-termination-fee)
but you can swap the credit card to a different one if you ever need to. And there are many different pages you can check on here on the site, such as the Terms and Conditions (www.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-contract-terms),
but searching Entertainment For All – the name of the plan – will bring up different stuff for you, too!

As noted in the subscription terms Game Pass is only accessible/available on Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles, not the Xbox 360. On the 360 it will only be a Live subscription.

Hi there. If you are on a 2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract, and it is before the end of the two years, you are effectively canceling the subscription and will be charged an Early Termination Fee (see

The quick answer is yes. Its under the terms and condition of using xbox live, even though it was not anything you have done wrong to get it early.
