This could be either an issue with your xbox live subscription or a suspension issue. Sign into your account on the Xbox and look at the subscription

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address) <<Especially this one since this is
the one that keeps the membership information

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNETno

once your account is been reported an investigation is carried out by the Xbox LIVE enforcement team that resulted in banning of your account. In any case Customer Support for Xbox LIVE cannot undo an Xbox LIVE suspension for a console.
