XboX live subscription "State/Provice" problem.

What is the actual message it's stating when you try to connect to Xbox Live?

The account trying to connect does have an active Xbox Live subscription?

as Saeleth states, if you have an active Xbox Live subscription, then the code will not work. You would need to wait till your subscription expired and then try using it.

Thanks but I have tried restarting and turning the console on and off at the mains numerous times and am still having the same problem. Earlier I had a new message appear which stated "sign in or renew the subscription. It looks like you are not signed in
as the subscription holder for this game. Sign in to Xbox live or renew the subscription in the Xbox store. (0x803f900a)" I am signed in to my account however no longer have Xbox live. But I should still be able to play the game as before, just not access
the online features

I am very sorry to inform you but you will not be able to pause your subscription to Xbox Live which is stated in the Terms of Service you agreed to when signing up to Xbox Live. You can cancel your subscription but this will not be refunded
and you will need to re-purchase subscription to Xbox Live Gold.

Not to state the obvious, But you also need a Netflix subscription on top of the Xbox live Subscription. if you have all that, Just redownload the app again and try power cycling the console.
