    have recently moved from aus to nz, xboxlive has just ran out and cant purchase another due to previous region. i have changed region in mircosoft store but still cannot purchase. microsoft has the crappest online support system. can anybody help?

    No it shouldn't as you are changing the region of the live account not the xbox itself I believe

    Alright, so did you pay for an Xbox Music Pass? If so, when you change regions, that subscriptions is, unfortunately, auto-cancelled.

    If you wish to change your region, you can do so at our
    Change the region of your Xbox LIVE account     support article.
