XBOX Live subscription Problem (I have Gold but shows as Silver)

Hi there,

I am going out of my mind please help me. According to my online account (accessed through a pc) i have Silver. However, i have redeemed a 3 month gold subscription succesfully (even shows up in my transaction history). When i log into my only profile on
my Xbox one, i cant access ANY of the Gold features. It still thinks i am on a silver account.

I have spoken to the support team, they gave me some guidlines on resetting my profile, trying a wired c onnection. I did all they asked me and still i cant access xbox gold. According to their system i am on Gold and they see no problems, but on my account,
on the xbox live website, it says i am on Silver.

This has been referred to the advocacy team but i was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem and how they solved it? according to the support people i have spoken to they have never come across this before so its a bizarre problem, please help me

You can`t simply close an account,you just stop paying your subs but the the account will always remain there as a silver account.

 

Xbox360 Battlefield 4 will not play multiplayer

It currently shows that you have a silver account. In order to play online multiplayer over Xbox LIVE, you must have a Gold Subscription.
