    Hi So my Xbox Live isn't working. I have a subscription and it keeps bringing up I need to buy Xbox Live. Even though I already have it. And it was working back on December 24th. And my Xbox Live Doesn't expire for about a year.

    Just bought my first Xbox 360 & need a few answers.

    Hey there Eddie! Apologies to hear that IE is not working properly. Why was it not working correctly for you? Was it not launching or saying you need an Xbox LIVE Gold Subscription in order to play this app? Did you receive any status codes or error
    messages? Thanks! xbox live Subscription not working properly :)

    Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

    I figured out how to fix it. You have to factory reset and you remove everything.

    Logging into XBOX

    To play online you will need an xbox live gold subscription. However you should be able to log into your xbox and either purchase the subscription or view your current one. Just to be sure, check that your internet is working properly and your console
    is connected.

    You can play games offline but you may need to download the initial updates to begin. Otherwise a subscription to Xbox Live Gold is required for pretty much all features to work properly.

    Verify that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is properly active in the "Subscriptions" section of the console. If everything works, try clearing the system cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again. If it does not work yet, delete
    your profile from the console and re-download it again.
