XBOX Live Subscription not showing up while playing on XBOX One

I purchased a Live Gold membership for one year from Walmart, I then followed the instructions to input the info on my XBOX One and voila!, I am now a gold XBOX Live member, and then 24hrs later, I am no longer a mamber and XBOX Live keeps telling me I need
to join. What the heck is going on?

Xbox One played games and achievements not showing on my Xbox Live profile

Greetings,

I acquired a Xbox on day 1 while I had an already ongoing Xbox Live subscription. I sucessfully imported my profile into my Xbox One and been playing a bit with it without issues. However, none of my recently Xbox One played games are showing on my profile
or my gamercards, it is only showing Xbox 360, Windows 8 and Windows Phone 8 games. Is there any step I should do/have done in order to have my Xbox One games showing on my profile?

I cannot play online multiplayer even though I suscribed for a xbox gold one-month trial???

I recently subscribed for an one month Xbox Live Gold trial. The subscription was successful and when I check my subscriptions on settings on my Xbox one; the membership does show up. However, when I try playing online multiplayer on games such as Madden
NFL 16, it does not allow me to play while displaying the following message - "An Xbox Live Membership limitation does not allow you to access this feature."

You won't have Gamepass.

Gamepass is a subscription that provides access to a library of games that can be played without purchasing them. Similar to Netflix.

While "Gamepass Ultimate" provided access to that same library and also gives access to Xbox Gold and EA Play.

Ea Play is also like gamepass that offers their own game library that can be accessed while the Subscription is active.

With Gamepass Ultimate, you'll have Gold, Gamepass, and Ea Play all in one Subscription.

However, what you purchased (Xbox Live) is Xbox Gold. This is a subscription that provides access to online gaming.

It is not Gamepass so if you are looking for an active Gamepass after redeeming that 12-month Subscription, Gamepass will not show but Xbox Live or Xbox Gold should show.

Is that showing up at all?

Hi, I don't believe that Games with Gold will show up in your order history, but the ones you have acquired for Xbox One should show up on your "My Games" page
within the Xbox One section.

As previously mentioned, if you got an Xbox One game through the Games with Gold, that game would be yours to play while your Xbox Live Gold subscription remains active, but you wouldn't be able to play it without an active subscription. (Xbox 360 and original
Xbox games acquired through Games with Gold, on the other hand, are yours to keep even if the subscription expires.)

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We recommend power cycling the

Xbox One. The game should be free as long as the Xbox Live Gold subscription is up to date. The

subscription section of the Microsoft account will show if the subscription is still active. Does Battlefield 1 appear to be free on the Xbox website
while you are signed in to your account?

Hello XBF Brad A,

i still have my Xbox Live subscription i pay monthly.

It does not show up on gold only xbox one games and the 360 games show up on all games but not on gold. these 2 games only show up on ea Access where i installed them before they went to the monthly GWG.

If i would cancel my gold subscription they would still show up as far as i know 360 games won,t go after you cancel the

Gold subscription. It only affects to Xbox one games.
