    xbox live subscription no longer shows up in my suscriptions on xbox one console


    As of this afternoon, my xbox live subscription no longer appears in the "my subscriptions" tab in my xbox one console. I have signed in to my microsft account on my pc and it still shows up there. Was working fine this morning. Any help would be appreciated.
    Can't use Microsoft chat support as it won't let me fill in my details (boxes are greyed out). Any help appreciated.

    1 YR Gold membership purchase not showing up in subscriptions.

    I purchased a one year Xbox Live Gold membership through my Xbox One console on December 27. The subscription showed up and worked fine. Upon logging in on my console on Dec 30 it no longer shows up under subscriptions. My purchase history shows the transaction
    but my subscriptions shows nothing. It worked when I made the intial purchase because I checked it on the xbox one and my xbox 360. I was also able to download the free game with gold (ssx) on my 360. When I log into my account now the subscription says I
    need to purchase a gold membership again. Any help would be appreciated.

    I got problems too. My xbox saids that my suscription is Being up to date too and i have 5 monts left of gold suscription.

    xbox live subscription no longer shows up in my suscriptions on xbox one console

    You can try to remove your profile from the console and then turn the console off for 1-2 minutes before you redownload your profile again to refresh the profile on your console. Most of the times, this fixes the issue with accounts.

    You can try to remove your profile from the console and then turn the console off for 1-2 minutes before you redownload your profile again to refresh the profile on your console. Most of the times, this fixes the issue with accounts.

    Hello Tonier,

    Sorry for the issue with your Xbox live. If you just purchased the subscription on the console, it can take a minute to show. To speed this up you can

    Power cycle     the console. Once you power the console back on, go to settings>account>subscriptions and see if the live subscription shows there.

    Then you are not using the account that has the subscription active to select the console as the home Xbox and you should check the services link to confirm what email you used to get the subscription, only the account that has a suscription active here can share that suscription
