Xbox live subscription never ends!!!

Hi i bought a used XBOX live from someone.

I bought it about a month ago.

SO far, I've never purchased Xbox live gold subscription.

It seems like the xbox live gold is never expiring.

Where can I check the remaining duration of the subscription?

End xbox live subscription

If you have a recurring membership (auto renews) then you will need to turn it off by clicking the My Account link at the top right of this page then following the links to your subscription.

If you cannot turn it off that way then give phone support a call for more assistance doing that.

If your Live membership is not recurring (added from a card) then just let it run out and don't renew it when it does.

In the subscripion in the setting options. Just go to game and app>apps>settings>subscrption

You can also visit Commerce.Microsoft.com which will show more in detail anything your have purchased and deets on your subscriptions.

They said to contact microsoft xbox but i cant becuase when i request a call it says sorry something went wrong at our end

If you can't find out the account where the charges are coming from, you'll need to contact your bank to block it and request a charge back.
