Xbox live subscription issue

I get one message saying my live runs out today 10/3. The renew gold section of the dashboard says 10/6. Tried renewing with card and I get an unknown error and to try again later. I get this error on both the dashboard and. .com site.

Went out and bought a three month pre paid card and get an error after trying to redeem.

Xbox Live Gold Subscription Issue

I tried but because I have EA Access and Xbox Gold recurring it wont allow me to remove the card, which really sucks. It's still counting gold as a recurring subscription and says it'll charge my card $21.90 on the 5th or around that date, which was yesterday, even though I'm not a gold member as of now.

This could be either an issue with your xbox live subscription or a suspension issue. Sign into your account on the Xbox and look at the subscription

it shows you as gold on the forum (your name is orange instead of gray) when ever you use a gold card it over writes any trial your running, just as you cannot use the 14 day trial when on a gold account only silver. if you cannot connect to live you can
delete your profile (profile only not profile and saves) or do a speed test this will refresh your connection to the LIVE servers and you will be able to play online. if not, feel free to contact support for your region, happy gaming

Hey sickbladez, I'm really sorry to hear about this issue! Taking a look at your account, there isn't a record of the subscription as you know. Since there isn't a record of it, I'm not sure what we can do for you here on the forums. Did you by chance save
the receipt for the membership? Maybe you can take it back to Best Buy! Let us know if you do.

You will need to contact the online support for further assistance regarding this. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.
