Xbox Live subscription is not connecting.

My Xbox live Subscription is not connection and i have checked my Internet connection 5 different times now and it's connected but for some reason Xbox live does not want to work. My Netflix and Hulu subscriptions are both working but no luck with my Xbox
live. Is the console going bad cause I can't play any games online either even though the internet is connected. getting frustrated here.

Xbox live or something not working!

it doesn't seem like anything is connecting to xbox live. like games say can't pull up saved data and when i go to xbox live subscriptions it has an error message. i don't know how to fix it.

 

it may be a temporary problem, does your xbox recognise that you have a subscription?

I'm sorry to hear about any issues you may be having with the Xbox Live Gold subscription. Have you checked your subscription information on the Xbox?

Try this:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft account that's associated with the payment option you want to update.
2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select All Settings.
5. Under Account, select Subscriptions.

Does this show you an active subscription on the gamertag with the subscription?

If the problem persists, please contact our
Technical Support to assist you in troubleshooting the subscription.

Sounds like the subscription may be asking for re-purchase when games have been launched? yes? no?

If the solution above for a power cycle doesn't resolve this issue, please contact a live agent.

There is a live service alert that could be affecting the live gold subscription

Xbox live status

When contacting a live agent they can test and refresh the subscription. Then power cycle the console.

If that doesn't work try to uninstall the account then re-add the account

please let me know if that works!
