    Xbox Live subscription didn't work


    Last night i typed in my prepaid 3 month gold subscription code. I got the message that i am now a gold member.

    When i go to "my account" i can't see that i am a gold member... so i tried the code again... system now says "code already used".

    How can something like that happen? What do i have to do now? Has that anything to do with the trouble that microsoft had last night?

    Hopefully Getting My First XBox One Today!!!

    Congrats! The Live subscription works for both the 360 and Xbox One. It's not different subscriptions.

    You'll need to contact support to see if they can fix it for you. You're not showing as gold on the forums, but it sounds like your account did accept the card. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    I bought a 3 month xbox live subscription from a website recently. I tried to redeem it on my Xbox, and it didn't work. I then tried to redeem it on http://www.microsoft.com/redeem and it worked. Turns out it was a game pass ultimate subscription. Try

    No, didn't work. Still not able to get a new subscription. I looked at my bank account and it was renewed last last year in May. There is no charge this year for Xbox Live on there, yet my Xbox says I have a Gold subscription and won't let me get one for
    my account. And it's always automatically recurred by itself, I've never had this issue in the past.
