    Xbox Live Subscription Charge


    I bought a Xbox Live membership years ago, on a monthly payment option (due on 9/5/17), on 8/22/17 I switched from a monthly to a yearly renewal (which it took the money for). I just checked by chance and saw it took 9.99 out for the monthly subscription.
    Should that still have happened? I was told that once I got the yearly one the monthly one would stop and no longer charge. Was this for the previous month or am I still going to be charged monthly by accident? When will the yearly pick up if so? I don't see
    the next month listed but I have no idea how far in advance they put the next month up for.

    Xbox Live hard to cancel

    I got a deal when I set up my new profile on a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live. I paid $9.99 for 3 months. Then I forgot to cancel it and they automatically charged my card. I just figured out how to remove the automatic renewal but I have a charge pending for another 3 months. It is so hard to cancel a subscription.

    Do you have a ZUNE subscription in addition to an Xbox LIVE subscription? That would explain the two charges.

    Most pre-paid credit cards do not allow recurring charges, and that is a requirement for an XBox Live subscription (promotional or regular) to be charged to a credit card.
