    I have been game sharing with my dad therefore my xbox live subscription renews when his does.

    However i have today been charged for my own xbox live subscription as it was set to recurring billing.

    Am i entitled to a refund?

    Do you have a ZUNE subscription in addition to an Xbox LIVE subscription? That would explain the two charges.

    Most pre-paid credit cards do not allow recurring charges, and that is a requirement for an XBox Live subscription (promotional or regular) to be charged to a credit card.
