    Please someone help me when I try to play online on any game it says i dont have the correct features for this and I just bought xbox live like an hour ago

    by my billings it even shows that I have Xbox live purchased what's going on everyday a new thing happens with this stupid console I hate xbox please help!!!!!

    Problem with Xbox LIVE!!!!!

    I subscribed to Live Gold.My status is gold, but in game it says Xbox Live Gold account is required for playing multiplayer...It is not working!!

    Hi community,

    I need your help, my xbox live gold subscription is not working, it's like having it for nothing. when I want to play a game that needs Xbox Live it offers me to subscribe whenever i'm already subscribed.

    I just purchased it for 1 year btw.

    Hello Zack,

    Were you a new subscriber when you purchased the Xbox live? If you had Xbox live and purchased this then you are not eligible for the promotion. As this promotion was for new subscribers or if they cancelled the Xbox live subscription before 10/1/2018.

    Once my mates son subscribed to Xbox live it didn’t work either, but it needs refreshing. To do that, delete your profile from your Xbox and re-add it. It worked then. It really does seem to be a problem with ppl’s Xbox live. If ppl check the Live on that PARTICULAR profile that they used to purchase MW2, and Live is paid for, delete and reinstall that profile, it should work.

    You can purchase cards for either Xbox live gold or Ultimate depending on what you are subscribed to and apply them for the time you want.

    This doesn't increase they're coverage. It works just like HBO go. You have to be a time warner cable subscriber to use the app. It will not work for everyone on Xbox Live, only those that have time warner cable in their area and are subscribed to it.
