    Hi! It's been almost a week since I lengthened my subscription and can't access to multiplayer. I don't know if I did something wrong. Can't enjoy playing online with my pals while paying for the service. I'm desperate on finding a solution, I removed my
    account and reinstalled it after relauching my xbox a couple of minutes later. Please help, I don't know what else to do

    The 14 days subscriptions are not actually proper gold subscriptions.

    They are just silver subscriptions with extra privilages like multiplayer access and ability to use video apps like netflix. Other gold features like cloud saves don't work.

    Because they are not actually a true gold membership they will not stack when you add a real gold membership
