Xbox live sub

So i paid for xbox live for a month which is 30 days of service i reached out to two agents and they told me that if its not on auto pay i only get 29 days but i paid for a whole month. That's not listed or mentioned when you purchase it. I also can provide
the screenshot saying when my subscription is supposed to end.
