xbox live sub active but can't play multiplayer

I'm an active subscriber via xbox live on the web, but my games on the xbox one act live I do not have a sub which tries to get me to buy a gold sub... should I reset the xbox one or any ideas?

Can't play online but have all the necessary access

I can't play any multiplayer game, I get a message saying that I don't have the proper rights, but I have a active xbox live gold subscription and have enabled multiplayer on my settings

Hi, I can't play on multiplayer, I have a Xbox live gold suscription and is active, I don't know why I can't play any game. When I try to play in multiplayer it says that is not allowed to play with this profile. Help me!!

You are also showing as silver here not gold. Are you using the same credentials to log in that you used when you purchased the Gold subscription?

I'm not sure if you mean Gold or other subs when you say 'Xbox Live'.

If you want to play a digital game your Xbox has to be connected to the internet (Xbox Live) even for the single player mode !

You need a sub only to play online multiplayer.
