Xbox live store purchase block

Hi all

My son nearly cost me £120 today, [mod removed] fortnite , suppose its my fault having my bank details on there.

Is there any way to set up a block for purchases or two factor auth? There is a key code but doesn't matter what I change it to, he ends up guessing it.

One of the ways you could possibly avoid this situation again is 1st removing all bank cards etc and maybe paying for whatever your son asks for via the pc online store ie codes or as you stated simply put in a keycode that maybe mixes it up with symbols
etc(if allowed) but make a note of it in a document that is kept safe perhaps

yes theres a setting were you can put a password when trying to purchase and only you can knoe the password or you can remove the credit card from the account.

I reccomennd putting parental controls or if Its your account you can enable a account pin.

If I was too slow to reply and your son has already cleant out you're bank account you can always contact Microsoft for a refund at support.xbox.com/contact-us.

If you dont he will be in severe debt before the age of 18
