Xbox live store connectivity issues

"try again later check your internet connection and try again. we couldn't connect to the store" is the message that came up when I tried to buy Ark, when I definitely could connect to the store, because I had managed to log in to my account and get onto
the page but it still said the same thing. I tried turning the Xbox off and on again, but it still didn't work. Is there any reason this may be happening, besides the internet just being bad?

Also, I did all of the internet troubleshooting stuff and it said it was all good.
