Xbox Live Store and Services not working (In-game also)

Same problem with GTA5 though. I cant download any DLC updates. We need answers to when it will be fixed.

 

For the USA Im having problems with GTA5 as I stated before.

 

Can anyone say what category the market place would be in? It would really help a lot thanks.

Hi, in Greece games store is still messed up.

No adds for sales, GWG, games etc, we only have the green labels.

Same as Error1essRope24.

I tried all the possible (and known) fixes and nothing worked. (clear cache, redownload profile, update etc)

Still only a few green labels.

Can anyone help ?

Yes, i can confirm that my account region matches my location (Greece)

I change my region (migrate) from GB to GR at 28/07/2014 (checked from commerce.microsoft.com)

Ever since i had multiple problems (i contacted support 4-5 times).

The main problem with Live indeed resolved several days ago but marketplace icons not properly restored.

In the same 360 i have a UK silver account which shows all marketplace tiles correct. (modem, ports, etc all checked OK).

I don't know what else to do (try).

And of course it is obvious i don't get the optimum experience.

Any suggestions ?

 

Honestly, I think your issue might be because you have a region migration. I suggest contacting support for your region again and see if they can fix this up for you (you may need to be escalated). Greece has not been reported as having the issue anymore,
and you seem to be the only one reporting this now. That leads me to believe it's the migration that is affecting this.

 

Same problem over here..( Netherlands )

Sinse the new free gold game ( Dishonored ) was available, I couldn't download ANYTHING from the Marketplace. * Not even the stuff from my download history *

Stop drinking tea, and fix it plz. =)

I created a fresh (new) second account (GR region, same with location) and it gives me exactly the same look and (dis-) usability as my main Gold account. (Just basic tiles, no recommendations, no games with Gold, no nothing)

So it seems it doesn't have to do with my account, not even migration, just the Greek marketplace remains messed up and it seems, no, it is not our fault.

I contacted support 4-5 times over account (an marketplace) problems last 3 weeks and the only think that came out is that a support representative cancel my Gold subscription (to "fix" my problems, and gave me some codes to redeem, which of course back
then i couldn't do even that).

Honestly, i can't stand any more solutions like "clear the cache", "delete marketplace data", "delete and re download profile-update" etc simply because none of them worked.

Please notice my X1 with UK region and a secondary UK account in 360 (both UK marketplace) are working perfectly as they should.

If there something else you can suggest me i would be grateful to try.

 

Since i didn't find a way to edit,...

I contacted (in person, voice), with support here in Greece and the confirm there is still problems with Live marketplace in Greece because of the Xbox ONE and the Live platform that has to be upgraded for both systems.

So there you have it.

If you living in one of the next (29 i think) countries that get official availability on the ONE (AMAZING console BTW) please be patient as September is near.
