Xbox Live Store and Services not working (In-game also)

@MissesQuinzel Still same here. I am still getting the alert. I can see although that Xbox One removed from alert but not 360 (i am on 360). Cannot redeem through website/console, marketplace does not exist (console), live is active only for multiplayer
but with many issues (random dc, lag). No in-game store, no access to Cloud Drive.

 

Greek Marketplace for Xbox 360 still down after 2 weeks ... greek representatives of xbox still unaware of when they will fix it, it seems summer holidays affect us all ( joke ) please FIX IT FAST it's hillarius being down for 2 weeks and none have a clue
about it .... Hope waking up tomorrow and been fixed !

Hey, Paseek! Can you confirm for me everything that you're running into? Please check the website and your console and verify for me that you're unable to make purchases or see the Marketplace. When I attempt to make a purchase on the website's marketplace
for Czech, it seems to be working for me. Thanks so much for the updated information!

 

The website marketplace is working just as it should (even putting items in the download queue) but this (as many others stated before) doesn't translate to the console at all.

This problem is also shown on the czech version of the xbox live status webpage, stating the "limited" ability of browsing/purchasing from the marketplace and redeeming codes.

 

Confirmed. Works for Greece.

 

Hey, Paseek! Thanks for the reply. I'm still unsure exactly what you are seeing on your console. Does the Marketplace show as having no items as before? Are you unable to download things that you add to the queue via the website? Can you redeem any prepaid
codes you may have?

Before you check again, I'd like you to power cycle your console for 30 seconds. If you're still running into it, please

remove your profile ONLY and
redownload your profile.

For me is everything ok in Czech Republic, hurray! I can download, marketplace has all items, only game section doesn't look like before this problem.

 

All problems fixed (Greece), but the games store is messed up, I mean no adds for sales, GWG, games etc, we only have the green labels.

 

The problem is fixed. Evetything are okay in Hungary.

 

Hi, i can also confirm, that i do not have "No item" issue anymore. (Czech republic).
