Xbox Live Store and Services not working (In-game also)

I hope that we are not gonna lose the first game with gold of this month.

I'm getting a service alert on xb360...says xbox Stores not working. i cannot download the update for GTA5. X box Live service problems for The last year or so have been absolutely horrible. Who do I contact for a partial refund on my xbox live payment

Considering the cost...

The Xbox Live service offers a lot more features and it is generally more reliable and the customer service is more active (although that doesn't mean that it's more helpful ) . Also on Live you quite often gives discounts for titles that you can buy in the store and overall the servers seem to be more reliable go down a lot less frequently than PSN.

 

Just notice which countries have this problem(Greece,Hungary,Czech Republic etc).All of them are not big xbox markets,if this problem was affecting for example the marketplace of the uk they would have already fixed it -_-

 

well, what to do? Maybe sell xbox and buy ..... My "Gold" is ending in December 2014, maybe this is the right time to rethink future gaming platform and money spending and give myself nice X-mas "other brand" present . After many years with xbox live
Gold. Loyalty should be on both sides not only on customer´s side.

Dear xbox team, instead of preparing official start of X-one based on not-working online service in our countries you should repair this broken service first. I´m really wondering, what will be your compensation to paying customers for this troubles.

 

I think the problem is related to accounts that were migrated in the past - I use very old hotmail account that I created years ago when the only available country was US. Only since last year it became officially possible to migrate the account to a different
country. I have exactly the same problem as the czech guys above (I'm also from CZ). My wife's account that was created last year for her Lumia phone has no issues at all since the location was CZ from the start...

@mhavlicek I never migrated in the past. Some users, i do not know why, do not have this problem.

 

Same problem (Czech rep.) It gets me really angry everytime I turn on my xbox and want to download new game, check what is new or buy anything on marketplace, but all I see is just some stupid message saying "error". And it is not working almost for two
weeks so I hope that Microsoft will give us really good compensation and not just that they will say sorry!! Xbox Live Gold Subscription was not cheap and I was expecting services without problems. Because if I wanted to play without paying I'd buy PS3 instead
of buying xbox360. So please Microsoft, don't fall on the same level like Sony!

 

Having this problem in Greece too. I wonder why there is no official statement, about this problem. Maybe this is so serious or everybody is on vacation?

I would like to add that the issue is still standing after 9 days (I noticed it on Aug 1st). Country, Greece.

It would be nice to get at least a possible time frame on resolving this. Thanks.

Same problem also...I returned the xbox live card to the store i bought it and got a card for one year for ps+...Works like a charm.
